Development of Skills & Game Highlight Videos
The Skills Video is a highlight reel of a player’s individual skills such as passing, receiving, ball handling, shooting, tackling, 1 v 1 skills, etc. We will also be focusing on position-specific skills that will showcase a player’s talent in their area of expertise. College Coaches are constantly looking for athletes with sound fundamentals so providing that for them to see is always a good idea.
Developing a few Game Highlight Videos throughout your High School and Club Seasons is encouraged so that College Coaches can see your game play and improvement throughout the seasons. This is especially important if you are a California player because College Coaches don’t get to see you play as often as they see East Coast players.
Hot Stix Director Vianney Yamada oversees the filming and development of these videos. We recommend each athlete develop at least one Skills Video and a few Game Highlight Videos.
Cost for a Skills Video: $300
*SPECIAL* $250 for Saturday, April 15th
Includes 1-2 Hours of filming at an available location close to the athlete.
An edited 4-8 minute video posted on You Tube or Vimeo.
Two DVD copies per video. (additional DVDs, $10 each)
*Athletes get to work with staff to choose some of the editing, music, information, etc.
Cost for a Game Highlight Video: $300
The player must provide 2-3 Full Games or at least 90 minutes of Game Film on a USB Drive.
An edited 4-8 minute video posted on YouTube or Vimeo.
Two DVD copies per video. (additional DVDs, $10 each)
*Athletes get to work with staff to choose some of the editing, music, information, etc.
*Athletes can hire our staff to videotape games for an additional $150 per 2 games.
*Players who develop multiple Game Highlight Videos receive a $25 discount after each video, max of $75 total discount.
